About the Role

The Educatory Director is responsible for creating and implementing strategic plans to ensure the overall success and growth of the educational institution. This role plays a pivotal part in fostering a positive learning environment and driving academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement academic programmes in line with educational standards
• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the academy
• Manage the academy's budget and allocate resources efficiently
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and evaluation of teaching staff
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Ensure compliance with educational regulations and standards
• Develop and maintain relationships with parents, students, and the community

Requirements

• Masters or Doctoral degree in Education or a related field
• Proven experience in academic leadership or education management
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans for educational institutions
• Strong understanding of educational regulations and standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in budget management and resource allocation
• Ability to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Knowledge of modern teaching methodologies and assessment practices
