Tata Consultancy Services is looking for a skilled SAP HR/HCM professional to join their team in Bangalore. The successful candidate will have extensive experience with SAP HR configuration, design knowledge, and hands-on experience with Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, Employee Self Service, and Manager Self Service.

About the Role
The SAP HR/HCM Configuration Expert will be responsible for designing and implementing SAP HR solutions, including compensation, benefits, time management, and payroll. Strong knowledge of Payroll Interfaces and FI Integration is also essential. Additionally, the candidate should be able to create training materials and user guides, as well as prepare functional specifications for ABAP developments.
