Job Overview

The Associate Creative Director, Design is a pivotal member of the creative team responsible for crafting engaging communications across multiple platforms. This includes developing and delivering print and digital assets that captivate audiences and drive brand awareness.

Responsibilities include:

- Spearheading the development and production of creative assets, aligning with strategic objectives and product briefs.

- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including Brand, Product Marketing, and Production to ensure seamless execution.

- Developing persuasive presentations that effectively communicate creative ideas to stakeholders.

- Providing guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of innovation and creativity.

- Fostering open communication throughout the organization to build trust and support.

Requirements include:

  • A comprehensive design portfolio showcasing expertise in design principles, branding, typography, and visual communication.
  • At least 12 years of experience in design firms, digital agencies, or in-house marketing communications departments.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and ability to adapt to new technologies.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Expertise in developing innovative creative work across various media channels.
  • Strong knowledge of graphic design, branding, photography, and art direction.
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills to guide projects from conception to delivery.
  • Natural curiosity and passion for design, with a keen awareness of industry trends and technological advancements.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to articulate ideas clearly and foster collaboration.
  • In-depth understanding of the creative development process, including effective project staffing, timely feedback, and efficient production.
  • Ability to lead projects, teams, vendors, freelancers, and photographers effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills to facilitate smooth collaboration and efficient workflow.
