As a Technical Project Manager in Professional Services, you will be at the forefront of value delivery, guiding the design and execution of custom solutions that help our customers unlock the full potential of our platform.

  1. Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, client-specific solutions spanning workflow redesigns, integrations, data transformations, and tailored modules.
  2. Translate business needs into actionable technical plans by collaborating with Customer Success to unpack operational workflows, understand customer pain points, and align on solution requirements.
  3. Own the architecture of each custom solution, making key design decisions across integrations, pipelines, and feature extensions to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with product standards.
  4. Ensure reliable, on-time delivery by tracking timelines, resolving blockers, and driving momentum across all stakeholders (CS, R&D, DevOps).
  5. Guarantee quality at every stage by enforcing design reviews, validating test coverage, and confirming that all custom work is production-ready, upgrade-safe, and thoroughly documented.
  6. Continuously improve delivery effectiveness by building reusable assets, creating implementation playbooks, and refining internal processes.
  7. Influence product evolution by identifying patterns in custom implementations and collaborating with Product to inform roadmap priorities.
What We're Looking For
  • A degree in Computer Science or a related field from a reputable institution.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in technical project management within a SaaS, enterprise software, or system integration context.
  • A proven track record of delivering complex, client-specific solutions across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to translate business needs into detailed technical specifications.
  • Expertise in Agile project management practices and tooling (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Asana).
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.
  • Experience working with large enterprise customers is highly desirable.
  • The ability to manage ambiguity, define structure, and deliver under tight timelines.
