Job Title: Qlik Sense Platform Administrator

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled administrator to join our dynamic team. As a Qlik Sense Administrator, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the Qlik Sense platform.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Install and configure Qlik Sense servers and components following best practices.
  2. Manage Qlik Sense environments, including development, testing, and production instances.
  3. Implement and manage security measures to protect Qlik Sense applications and data.
  4. Administer user access, licenses, and permissions within the Qlik Sense platform.
  5. Monitor the performance of Qlik Sense applications and take proactive measures to address issues.
  6. Develop and implement backup and recovery strategies for Qlik Sense applications and data.
  7. Plan and execute platform upgrades and apply patches as needed.
  8. Collaborate with IT teams, developers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements.
  9. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides.
  10. Provide administrative support for global systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business or another relevant field AND a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
  2. Outstanding academics.
  3. Demonstrated experience in successful implementation of technology solutions.
  4. Knowledgeable about the Qlik Platform administration and architecture on an enterprise scale.
  5. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively to drive projects to an effective and timely completion.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Superior academics (cumulative GPA greater than or equal to 3.5 as a general rule).
  • Previous experience working in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with Qlik Sense nPrinting.
