We are currently seeking a seasoned IT professional to lead and scale our technology infrastructure as an Infrastructure Director.

About the Role:
  • Lead and manage a high-performance IT team comprising over 25 members.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, cloud operations, and network security.
  • Direct the implementation of ISO 27001, ISMS compliance, BCP/DR best practices, and virtualization/cloud platforms.
  • Manage IT assets, procurement, and public tendering processes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to protect systems, applications, and data from cyber threats.
  • Apply AI/ML for infra automation and operational excellence, driving business value through innovation.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • At least 20 years of experience in IT infrastructure leadership, with a strong hands-on and leadership mix.
  • Expertise in setting up secure production and non-production environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling effective collaboration across teams.
