About Samarth Enterprises

We are a fast-growing real estate company seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to assist our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with TALLY and MS Excel, strong analytical skills, and excellent problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing financial statements
  • Analyze and reconcile bank statements and general ledgers
  • Post journal entries for accrued expenses and revenue
  • Maintain and record fixed assets
  • Prepare and file local compliance reporting as necessary
  • Prepare court-mandated annual accounting reports and inventories for client discharges as necessary
  • Act as a liaison for vendors to reconcile billing discrepancies

Required Skills:

  • Attention to Detail: Essential for ensuring accuracy of financial records
  • Accounting Software Proficiency: Expertise in TALLY and advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders about financial matters
  • Analytical Skills: Needed to identify discrepancies and analyze financial trends
  • Confidentiality: Maintaining confidentiality of financial information

Educational Background:

  • 2+ years' related experience preferred
  • Hands-on experience working with general ledgers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with TALLY, including Microsoft Office
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize work effectively
