Lead Transaction Quality Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in transaction quality and delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage call quality, client KPIs, and process improvements.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of quality interventions and recommend data-driven solutions.
  • Establish and maintain quality management processes to enhance quality delivery.
  • Design and implement metrics, reports, and customized processes to meet client expectations.
  • Drive innovation and process improvements through out-of-the-box thinking.
  • Manage audit requirements and compliance while providing feedback to frontline teams on new hires.
  • Provide floor support, training, and refresher programs to enhance quality and compliance.
  • Support quality and compliance teams in audits, follow-ups, and performance reviews.
