About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Technology Leader to guide our platform architecture team in designing and implementing scalable enterprise applications using Microsoft Power Platform.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications and system configurations.

  • You will be responsible for architecting, designing, and developing cutting-edge solutions using Microsoft Power Platform stack including Model-driven Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
  • You will establish technical governance frameworks, define standards, and drive best practices and guidelines on Power Platform.
  • You will provide thought leadership on new and emerging technologies such as Azure Open AI, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Copilot Agents.
  • You will integrate Power Platform solutions with other systems using Azure Data Factory Data Flows, Power Automate, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Custom Connectors, and REST APIs.
  • You will conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and performance optimization for Power Apps solutions.
  • You will implement Power Platform ALM strategies using tools like Power Platform Build Tools and Azure DevOps to streamline development, testing, and deployment processes.
  • You will develop proof-of-concepts (POC), proof-of-value (POV) activities in client engagements.
Key Responsibilities
  • 10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/ Dynamics 365
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science
  • Professional certification in CRM or equivalent
  • Hands-on experience in implementing and customizing Model driven Power Apps, Canvas Apps on Dataverse and using Power Platform and Azure components such as CoPilot Studio (Power Virtual Agents), AI Builder, Power Automate, Power BI, and Azure OpenAI
  • Strong understanding of low-code/no-code solutions market trends and value propositions
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex business processes, identify areas of improvement, and propose effective solutions
