Quality Management Specialist

We are seeking a Quality Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and documenting quality management processes across manufacturing and supply chain operations, identifying improvement opportunities aligned with SAP QM functionality.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP QM in ECC or S/4HANA environments, strong understanding of quality management principles, and experience configuring quality control processes such as incoming inspection, in-process inspection, and final inspection.

In addition to technical skills, the candidate should possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with stakeholders in production, procurement, logistics, and IT.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and document quality management processes across manufacturing and supply chain operations.
  • Configure and customize the SAP QM module to support quality planning, inspection processing, quality notifications, and audit management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective quality management solutions.
  • Conduct system testing (unit, integration, UAT) and provide user training and documentation to support successful adoption of QM processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with SAP QM in ECC or S/4HANA environments.
  • Strong understanding of quality management principles including inspection types, usage decisions, results recording, and quality notifications.
  • Experience configuring quality control processes such as incoming inspection, in-process inspection, and final inspection.
  • Familiarity with integration points between QM and modules like MM (procurement quality), PP (in-process quality), and PM (maintenance quality checks).
  • Fluency in English is required.
