Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our quality control and assurance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience in the FMCG or perfumery industry, specifically in quality control and assurance.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead quality control and assurance initiatives to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Develop and implement quality management systems to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve processes.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track quality metrics and progress.
Requirements
  • 12+ years of experience in quality control and assurance in the FMCG or perfumery industry.
  • Proven track record of handling a team of 8-10 lab and R&D personnel.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Sales, Marketing, or Retail Management.
  • Experience working with GC-MS is highly desirable.
