Job Title:

Product Data Management Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Product Data Management (PDM) administrator to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PDM systems and excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain PDM environments to ensure optimal performance and stability.
  • Manage user access, roles, and workflow configurations to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PDM systems to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Patch environments, upgrade systems, and fine-tune performance to meet business needs and requirements.
  • Collaborate with teams integrating CAD tools and ERP systems to drive innovation and growth.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and user guides to ensure knowledge sharing and consistency.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in PDM administration with a strong understanding of its capabilities and limitations.
  • Strong knowledge of configuration management and workflow automation to effectively manage and troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Experience with CAD integration is highly desirable to leverage synergies and improve overall system performance.
  • Understanding of ITIL frameworks and change management practices to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
