Job Title: IT GRC Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the organization's compliance program to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Design and implement an effective IT governance framework, incorporating both internal and external processes.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of prominent governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.
  • Develop and operationalize a metrics-driven reporting strategy to provide timely insights to leadership.
  • Collaborate with the ERM team to ensure risk readiness across the entire IT landscape.
  • Provide advisory services to process owners, offering expertise and influencing decisions related to governance and compliance.
  • Establish, review, and update IT audit policies and procedures, as well as standards documents.
  • Coordinate and track all IT-related audits, including scope, parties involved, timelines, and outcomes.
  • Engage with customers, external auditors, and consultants as necessary for required IT assessments and audits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with audit entities, presenting the organization in a consistently positive light.
  • Define and document business process responsibilities and ownership of controls within the GRC tool. Schedule regular assessments and testing of control effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Implement a risk assessment framework that aligns with regulatory requirements, ensuring sustainable compliance.
