Requirements:

  • 2+ years of core recruitment experience, specifically in Non-IT hiring.
  • Consulting or agency background, with exposure to BFSI, Manufacturing, Sales, and other sectors.
  • Proficiency in using job portals like LinkedIn and others tools for sourcing candidates.
  • Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and candidate interactions.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with recruitment tools, databases, and CRM systems.
  • High energy, target-oriented mindset with a passion for talent acquisition.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
