Job Description: We are looking for a talented Senior Technical IT Recruiter to help us identify, attract, and hire top-notch IT talent. In this role, you will leverage your recruitment expertise to support our growing business by sourcing qualified candidates for technical positions, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and driving the recruitment process from start to finish. Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation. Source, engage, and qualify top IT talent across a variety of technical disciplines. Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define job requirements. Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and provide recommendations to hiring managers. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Drive recruitment strategies to attract a diverse and high-quality candidate pool. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the interview process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment. Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT recruitment or technical sourcing. Proven track record of successfully recruiting for technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Network Engineers, Systems Administrators, etc.). Strong understanding of the IT industry and technical skill sets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Familiarity with recruitment tools and ATS systems. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and excellent organizational skills. Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred. Should have thorough knowledge of US VISA types and categories
