Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Identify and attract top IT professionals using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines.
  • Stay updated with market trends, salary benchmarks, and industry hiring practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine hiring strategies and improve processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or Technical Recruiter.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple job openings and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
