Senior Credit Supervisor

As a Lead Credit Operations professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving the performance of our credit collection team. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring timely collections, and analyzing financial data to minimize risk.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate a team that will collect and maintain customer accounts, tracking account status and reporting on outstanding balances to prioritize collection activity.
- Analyze potential sources of loss to estimate the potential financial consequences and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
- Lead credit history research to gather relevant business or personal data for analysis and run credit reports as needed.
- Direct follow-up on overdue accounts, initiating demand letters and phone calls to delinquent accounts and external debt collection efforts.
- Develop and distribute reports showcasing account performance metrics to inform business decisions.
- Lead and develop a team, providing coaching and guidance on talent management, hiring, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required.
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience, typically reflecting 5 years or more of direct involvement.
- Two years of supervisory experience would be highly beneficial.
