Key Account Receivable Specialist Role

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Key Account Receivable Specialist to excel in resolving denials, underpayments, and delayed claims.

Responsibilities:
  • Communicate effectively with insurance companies to resolve billing issues and ensure timely reimbursements.
  • Maintain quality and productivity standards in accordance with client expectations.
  • Perform accurate follow-ups and work on appeals, refiling, and denial management.
Deliverables:
  • Manage the entire AR cycle, including denial resolution and payment follow-ups.
  • Ensure proper documentation of calls and claim status updates.
  • Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality benchmarks.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in resolving complex issues, and have a strong attention to detail.
