Job Description:

  • Design and facilitate training sessions on Professional Communication, SMART Goal Setting, Strategy, Storytelling, and Client/Patient Communication.
  • Develop engaging content, case studies, and role-play scenarios to enhance practical learning.
  • Determine how to improve the delivery of interactive workshops, webinars, and virtual sessions for diverse learner groups.
  • Cultivate participants' skills in business communication, writing, presentation techniques, collaboration, and crisis handling.
  • Provide regular feedback, mentoring, and guidance to ensure measurable skill development.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to customize content based on organizational needs.

Required Skillsets & Experience:

  • 5–7 years of proven experience as a Soft Skills / Communication Trainer, SME, or Learning Consultant.
  • Strong expertise in Business Communication, Writing & Presentation Skills, Storytelling Techniques, SMART Goal Frameworks, Collaboration & Stakeholder Communication, Crisis Handling & Conflict Management.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage participants in virtual/remote training environments.
  • Excellent command of English with strong facilitation and interpersonal skills.

  1. To create and deliver effective learning programs that meet the organization's needs.
  2. To work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide solutions.
  3. To continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the learning programs.
