Job Description

The Application Engineer bridges engineering expertise with customer engagement. This role ensures the successful application of our bioprocess equipment and solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to understand process requirements and propose tailored technical solutions.
  • Develop and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and application notes that meet client expectations.
  • Support sales teams in pre-sales discussions, RFQ responses, and proposal development.
  • Coordinate with design and manufacturing teams to align client requirements with engineered solutions.
  • Conduct technical training and workshops for clients' process and engineering teams.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients in the region and provide feedback to internal teams on product improvements.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Biotechnology, Bioprocess Engineering, Mechanical, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in application engineering, process equipment, or biopharma services.
  • Strong knowledge of bioreactors, fermenters, CIP/SIP systems, and pharmaceutical manufacturing practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
