Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Project Manager to lead the delivery of projects related to our AWS cloud environments. This role combines project management, systems administration oversight, and client-facing responsibilities to ensure the performance, security, and scalability of cloud environments.

The successful candidate will oversee cross-functional projects, manage cloud-focused teams, and collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and clients. They will be responsible for defining project scopes, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with internal teams, vendors, and clients.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in AWS, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate projects in dynamic and distributed environments. They will also possess flexibility to support clients across multiple time zones, including late-night availability.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information systems or a related field.
  • MBA or equivalent professional experience is mandatory.

Experience:

  • 5+ years in systems administration, with at least 3 years managing AWS environments.
  • 4+ years in project management or Scrum Master roles in IT or cloud-based environments.
  • 2+ years of client-facing experience, including requirements gathering and solution delivery.
  • 2+ years of team leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale cloud deployments and hybrid/multi-cloud infrastructures.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, CloudFormation).
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux systems administration.
  • Understanding of cloud security practices and monitoring tools (SIEM).

Leadership and Soft Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to motivate, mentor, and manage technical teams.
  • Problem-solving mindset focused on efficiency, reliability, and client satisfaction.
