Job Title: Front End Lead

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to oversee the front-end development of our global digital platform.

This is a leadership role that requires expertise in modern front-end technologies, frameworks, and best practices. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user-centric design principles and be able to lead a team in delivering high-quality web applications.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement the front-end development strategy for the global digital platform.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of front-end developers.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of front-end features.
  • Work closely with UX/UI designers, back-end developers, and product managers to translate design concepts into functional interfaces.
  • Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development workflows.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in front-end development, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong proficiency in modern front-end technologies and frameworks, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and libraries/frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.
  • Experience working closely with UX/UI designers to create user-centric interfaces.
  • Proven experience in optimizing front-end performance.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
