We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interior Designer to lead our design team.

You will be responsible for delivering premium interior design solutions to clients from initial consultations to final project completion. Your primary objective will be to collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored design solutions that meet their expectations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize and manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Analyze sales reports and project timelines to optimize client satisfaction and streamline the design process.
  • Collaborate with various teams to enhance our design offerings and stay up-to-date with industry trends.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Interior Design or Architecture from a reputable institution.
  • A minimum of 10 years of industry experience, or 6+ years with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Site experience and confidence in installing designs with minimal disruption.
  • A customer-centric approach with a focus on creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces.
  • Experience with residential projects and proficiency in Google Sketchup software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Mandatory Skills:

  • English language proficiency; local language desirable.
