Job Title: Enterprise Data Architect

Data Management
  • Data Mapping and Transformation: Design and implement data mapping specifications and transformation rules to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
  • Data Cleansing and Validation: Perform rigorous data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities to guarantee data accuracy and integrity.
  • Data Conversion: Develop and execute data conversion scripts and processes to optimize data migration and integration.
System Integration
  • Integration Configuration: Configure integrations between Workday and third-party applications to streamline data exchange and improve system interoperability.
  • Technical Design: Develop integration specifications and technical designs to ensure robust and scalable system architecture.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot integration issues and implement solutions to minimize downtime and optimize system performance.
Technical Development
  • Data Modeling: Design and implement Snowflake data models optimized for HR analytics to enhance data insights and business decision-making.
  • Database Administration: Create and maintain Snowflake objects (tables, views, stored procedures) to support efficient data storage and retrieval.
  • SQL Transformations: Develop SQL transformations within Snowflake for reporting requirements to provide actionable business intelligence.
Reporting and Analytics
  • Reporting Solutions: Develop reporting solutions using Snowflake as the data source to provide timely and accurate business insights.
  • Data Visualization: Create data visualization dashboards connected to Snowflake to facilitate business user engagement and insight generation.
  • Self-Service Reporting: Build self-service reporting capabilities for HR and business users to empower data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Professional Experience: 3+ years of experience in HRIS implementation, data management, or system integration.
  • Technical Expertise: 2+ years of hands-on experience with Workday/Greenhouse data conversion, integration, or reporting.
  • Cloud Platform: Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouse platforms to leverage scalability and flexibility.
