About This Role:

This high-level technical expert will partner closely with finance stakeholders to transform complex business requirements into robust systems that drive growth, compliance, and insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and lead Snowflake solutions for large-scale data warehouse architect
  • Lead dbt data modeling for financial data transformations, lineage, and governance
  • Translate accounting concepts into technical designs and data flows
  • Collaborate with finance leaders to understand business drivers and reporting needs
  • Develop and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using Snowflake and dbt
  • Ensure data accuracy, auditability, and compliance with financial reporting standards
  • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and leadership across teams
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • 12-15 years of professional experience in data engineering or platform roles
  • 5+ years working with Snowflake and 3+ years using dbt for data modeling
  • Strong SQL expertise and ability to design efficient queries and performance-tuned models
  • Experience partnering with finance teams to implement data solutions
