Job Description

As an Embedded Software Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a key role in planning and executing embedded system test activities, leveraging use cases in support of test case development.

  • You will develop a comprehensive set of automated and manual tests, tracing tests to requirements to ensure complete test coverage.
  • You will identify and diagnose firmware and software defects, verifying correctness, and reporting results.

This is a challenging role that requires strong engineering skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Experience

We are looking for a candidate with 2-5 years of experience in embedded system automation testing.

Critical Success Factors
  • You should have experience developing and executing firmware test environments and test scripts to achieve automated test for embedded software.
  • You should have demonstrated experience using scripting languages, such as Bash/shell, Perl, Python, C, C++, C# etc.
  • You should have prior experience with Jira, Test Mo, HPALM or other requirements/test case management tools.
Academic Qualification

B.E or M.E. in Electronics and Communication Engineering is required for this role.
