Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

Traverze Consultancy Solutions Private Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support our marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, managing accounts, and handling correspondence.
  • Campaign Coordination: Assist the marketing team in planning and executing marketing campaigns and coordinating activities.
  • Digital Marketing Support: Assist the marketing team with digital marketing efforts.
  • Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret marketing data, providing insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Budget Management: Assist in managing marketing budgets, including tracking expenses, processing invoices, and maintaining financial records.
  • Branding and Communication: Ensure brand consistency by adhering to client guidelines across marketing materials and communications.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Education: Preferably a commerce background.
  • Experience: Proven experience in an administrative or coordinator role, preferably within a marketing department.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Knowledge in marketing software/tools (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing platforms, social media management tools) is preferred.

Effective written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this role.
