Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Professional to support our finance operations and business analytics functions. This role offers exposure to international clients, combining core accounting responsibilities with operational and financial performance analysis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day finance operations, including expense allocation, reconciliations, and accounting entries. They will also assist in preparing financial and incentive-related reports for internal management.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support day-to-day finance operations including expense allocation, reconciliations, and accounting entries.
  • Assist in preparing financial and incentive-related reports for internal management.
  • Maintain accurate records in the ERP system and ensure timely posting of journals.
  • Perform periodic reconciliations of expenses.
  • Provide support in monthly closing activities and ad-hoc finance assignments.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or analytics. Experience in the KPO/BPO sector is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of ERP systems and Power BI is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written) with ability to interact directly with international clients.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
