Business Operations Executive Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Business Operations leader to oversee the efficient management of our kidspreneurship team's daily activities. This role combines finance, HR, and administration responsibilities, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management:
    • Collect and organize invoices for prompt payment processing.
    • Record expenses accurately under relevant heads.
    • Prepare detailed project-wise P&L statements for informed decision-making.
    • Provide clear financial snapshots of overall performance across markets and projects.
  • HR and Payroll Administration:
    • Draft and issue professional offer letters to new hires.
    • Process timely monthly salary payouts with precision.
    • Ensure compliance with TDS and other statutory requirements where applicable.
    • Support basic HR and people operations tasks as needed.
  • Administration Support:
    • Manage travel bookings and logistics efficiently.
    • Handle paperwork and documentation with attention to detail.
    • Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks with minimal supervision.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounts, or business administration.
    • Basic understanding of HR and payroll processes.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent time management.
    • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (spreadsheets, docs, etc.).
    • Attention to detail with ability to maintain accurate records.
    • A team player capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
