Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Derivatives Trader to spearhead the management of firm capital through systematic, semi-systematic, or high-performing discretionary strategies across multiple asset classes.

This role is ideal for both point-and-click traders and those transitioning toward automated frameworks. You will be responsible for trading multiple products, not just single contracts, and taking full ownership of pricing, execution, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generating consistent and profitable results while adhering to strict risk discipline.
  • Portfolio & Risk Management: Maintaining risk exposure within established parameters.
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously analyzing and adjusting strategies based on market conditions and real-time performance data. Researching new approaches to drive growth.
  • Opportunity in Strategy Development: Designing and deploying systematic or semi-systematic strategies.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 1+ years of buy-side trading experience in futures at a proprietary trading firm, hedge fund, or family office.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in managing profitable trading strategies with risk-adjusted returns (specifically types of trading strategies – spread trading, calendar spreads, curve trading, arbitrage, butterflies, etc.).
  • Risk Management: Strong understanding of risk controls, money management, order management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Risk Ownership: Full accountability for trading decision-making, PnL, and drawdowns.
  • Adaptability to different markets - ability to trade contracts with various underlying assets, with diversification encouraged.
  • Key skills: Consistency, structured decision-making, and strict risk discipline.
