Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced leader to helm our Windows Server Engineering team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in infrastructure development and management, with expertise in Windows Server and automation tools.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To develop and deliver high-quality infrastructure solutions that meet business requirements, ensuring reliability, performance, availability, and ease of use.
  • Monitor IT infrastructure and system performance to identify and address potential issues, vulnerabilities, or outages.
  • Implement automated tasks and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention, using software scripting/coding disciplines.
  • Ensure secure configuration and protection of infrastructure against cyber-attacks, vulnerabilities, and other security threats.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an engineering lead in a global team, with technical expertise and decision-making skills.
  • Experience managing large teams of varying capabilities from early careers to expert engineers.
  • Expert level capability in Windows Server, with experience in configuration management tooling, IaC, and scripting languages.
  • Ability to identify and mitigate risks that can negatively impact products and business goals.

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
