Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

About the Role:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounting records, including posting of entries and reconciliation of accounts.
  • Managing petty cash, bank reconciliations, and GST/TDS returns to ensure timely submission and compliance.
  • Preparing working papers, invoices, and other financial documents for review and approval.
  • Ensuring effective management of accounts payable and receivables, including processing invoices and payments.
  • Coordinating travel and hotel bookings, as well as employee reimbursements, to optimize expenses and efficiency.
  • Maintaining inventory levels of office supplies, pantry items, and HR joining kits, and ensuring timely payment to vendors.
  • Overseeing office utilities, including AC, internet, electricity, and water, to ensure smooth operations and timely payment.
  • Renewing AMC contracts for essential services and ensuring regular servicing to maintain optimal performance.
  • Organizing and maintaining expense bills, vendor invoices, and other documents in both physical and digital formats.
  • Assisting in the preparation of final accounts and supporting auditors during statutory and transfer pricing audits.

Qualifications:

A graduate or postgraduate degree in accounting or commerce with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and strong analytical skills is required.

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong problem-solving skills and task prioritization are also essential.
