Key Production Leadership Role

The successful candidate will oversee the production process, encompassing Manual Insertion, FG Production, and Testing Line Production.

  • Leading the management of SMT Line, PCB, and Unit Assembly line of Production
  • Collaborating with the Planning Team to execute Daily, Weekly, and monthly material planning, achieving MPP targets
  • Resolving daily challenges through effective problem-solving
  • Conducting productive meetings to address productivity, efficiency, and Quality concerns
  • Coordinating day-to-day operations across Manufacturing departments
  • Spearheading Knowledge Enhancement (KE) projects and improvement activities in coordination with Support groups

Requirements:

  • 15+ Years of experience in a similar leadership role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of production planning and control systems
