Technical Expertise

To excel in this role, you must be proficient in delivering high-quality training sessions to diverse audiences, leveraging your expertise in Salesforce and MuleSoft technologies. A key responsibility is to design and execute customized workshops, incorporating hands-on exercises and real-time feedback mechanisms.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Salesforce's platform capabilities, including features and best practices.
  • Deliver expert-level training sessions, focusing on complex topics such as integration methodologies and product education.
  • Provide timely support to customers, addressing their queries and concerns through effective communication and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer engagement experiences, driving cross-functional success and growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and Salesforce releases, applying this knowledge to enhance customer value and adoption rates.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty through exceptional service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; equivalent relevant experience considered.
  • Salesforce MuleSoft Developer certification mandatory; additional certifications like Platform App Builder, Architect, or Salesforce Architect beneficial.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in software development, with at least 1 year focused on Salesforce and/or MuleSoft products.
  • Strong programming skills in languages like Java, JavaScript, C#, HTML, CSS, and proficiency in SOQL, SOSL, REST APIs, Apex, and Visualforce.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization abilities, ensuring seamless execution of tasks under pressure.
  • Effective communicator and team player, capable of supporting cross-functional initiatives and driving results-oriented collaboration.

Preferred Skills:

  • Working knowledge of the Salesforce platform suite and applications.
  • Able to handle objections, prioritize customer issues, and collaborate with manager and colleagues to drive resolution.
  • Proven ability to manage time and prioritize activities while performing effectively under pressure.
  • Support Success and Sales Teams to ensure customers derive maximum value from the platform.
  • Understanding of business analysis, change management, user adoption, release management, and governance.
