Key Responsibilities:- Lead a result-oriented team to manage branch profitability, customer relationships, and operations.
- Own all branch-banking objectives and ensure overall branch supervision to achieve targets.
- Key Customer Relationship Management & supervision of all High-Net-Worth customer programs.
- Ensure all components of the branch sales model function as per design.
- Complaints Handling.
As a Personal Banker - NRI at HDFC Bank Limited, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, building relationships, and enhancing the value of existing portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify existing branch customers who meet Classic program criteria and flag them for upgrade.
- Acquire new customers who meet product criteria and flag them on the system.
- Regularly interact with customers to build relationships and understand their profiles.
- Achieve MTD and YTD Revenue Targets.
- Enhance the value/book size of the given portfolio.
As a Preferred Relationship Manager at HDFC Bank Limited, you will be responsible for including HNI customers into the Preferred programme and offering them a superior customer experience to enhance the profitability of the relationship.
Key Responsibilities:- Responsible for including HNI customers into the Preferred programme.
- Offer a superior customer experience to enhance the profitability of the relationship.
- Liaise with PB/Preferred RM to flag eligible customers from Classic/Preferred portfolio.
- Maintain the overall quality/hygiene parameters of the portfolio.
- Cross sell products of the bank based on customer need.
- Advisory services to be offered based on requirement in coordination with PBGLook for opportunities to cross sell any other product of the Bank, to ensure that HDFC Bank is a one stop shop & solution for all banking needs of the Preferred Customer.
