About the Growth Manager Role

The Digital Business Unit is looking for a skilled Growth Manager to drive adoption and engagement across customer segments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting and executing strategies for new customer acquisition, driving customer value through cross-sell, win-back, and transaction intensity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Engagement:
    • Work on initiatives to increase traffic on bank's channels and drive adoption among new and existing consumers.
    • Analyse user journeys to identify improvement areas and work closely with product, analytics, and digital marketing teams to design targeted campaigns.
    • Use data analytics and segmentation to make targeted marketing strategies and conduct A/B testing to validate hypotheses.
    • Own end-to-end measurement frameworks for growth experiments and build dashboards to track KPIs and campaign performance.
  • Product Enhancement:
    • Be the voice-of-customer in shaping new features and products, working closely with the marketing team to create awareness and engagement campaigns.
    • Co-create new and optimize existing cross-sell and upsell user journeys with Digital Product Managers.

The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of relevant experience in growth/product marketing for a digital business/apps, a customer-centric mindset, and hands-on experience with data extracting and interpretation tools like SQL and Power BI.
