This is an administrative role that requires providing executive support to the Director. The position involves managing day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Complaint Management:
- Receive, log and track customer complaints, ensuring prompt acknowledgement and resolution.
- Liaise with internal teams to investigate and address issues.
- Maintain records of complaint outcomes and prepare regular reports for the Director.
- Procurement Support:
- Assist in preparing and managing purchase orders.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Monitor procurement budgets and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Vendor Management:
- Maintain an up-to-date database of approved vendors and suppliers.
- Negotiate and maintain service agreements, ensuring cost efficiency and quality standards.
- Monitor vendor performance and address contractual or service issues.
- Research Assistance:
- Conduct research to assist the Director in identifying business opportunities, market trends and industry insights.
- Research potential job candidates and industry professionals as directed.
- Compile and present findings in clear, concise reports.
- Investor Liaison:
- Coordinate communications and meetings with investors, venture capital firms and other funding partners.
- Prepare briefing notes, presentations and progress reports for investor meetings.
- Assist in maintaining relationships with financial stakeholders through timely updates and professional correspondence.
- Director Support:
- Manage the Director's calendar, schedule meetings and prepare agendas.
- Draft and proofread correspondence, reports and presentations.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of integrity.
