At aceolution, we are seeking highly skilled professionals to join our Data team in GenAI.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will collaborate with GEN AI researchers and engineers to understand data collection/evaluation requirements. They will develop detailed workflows to communicate effectively with a larger team, execute quickly on collection & evaluation workflows with minimal supervision, innovate data collection workflows to achieve researcher/engineer goals efficiently, work with peers and cross-functional stakeholders to maximize data throughput with high quality, conduct in-depth research using LLM models to gather reliable information, evaluate content thoroughly and provide detailed feedback to ensure high quality and informativeness, and fact check and verify accuracy (precision and recall) to mitigate the risk of misinformation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Candidates must demonstrate native or bilingual proficiency in reading and writing Hindi - Native of India.
  • Graduate with distinction and deep cultural knowledge from a top-tier US and international university or institute.
Core Competencies & Skills:
  • Exceptional reading and writing proficiency in target language with mastery of grammar, syntax, style, and ability to produce clear, concise content.
  • Strong research and fact-checking skills to identify credible sources and verify information for accuracy.
  • Attention to detail with precision in language, accuracy in data presentation, and thorough proofreading.
  • Effective communication skills to articulate ideas clearly, actively listen, and collaborate with teams.
  • Understanding of AI and LLMs with foundational knowledge of principles, machine learning, natural language processing, and capabilities/limitations.
  • Prompt review skills to identify characteristics of effective and precise prompts for LLM models.
  • Familiarity with AI tools to generate, refine, and optimize content.
  • Ethical AI awareness to understand potential biases and promote responsible use.
  • Data literacy to work with data, including understanding collection, preparation, cleaning, and transformation for LLM training.
