Job Title: AI Administrator

We're seeking a seasoned professional to drive the strategic implementation and governance of AI tools.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Configure and manage data privacy controls to prevent sensitive data from being used for AI model training.
  • Deliver comprehensive audit logs and compliance reporting for OpenAI usage.
  • Implement robust safety measures and moderation tools to enhance AI application security and reliability.
  • Track and analyze model performance and usage metrics.
  • Optimize prompt engineering and evaluate cost/performance trade-offs.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to API calls, latency, and integration failures.
  • Maintain internal guides and knowledge bases for developers and end-users.
  • Deliver training sessions for IT staff on managing OpenAI tools.
  • Serve as an escalation point for OpenAI-related incidents.

Key Deliverables:

  • Oversee AI tool governance and serve as Subject Matter Expert.
  • Address and resolve issues related to the Default Project space.
  • Ensure the security of the AI environment and its data.
  • Enable AI tool functionalities for third-party applications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • 5-8 years of experience in AI applications engineering or a related role.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in AI tools like Google Gemini, OpenAI, and Anthropic.
  • Strong understanding of data privacy controls and compliance requirements.
  • Experience configuring and managing AI tool environments securely and effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to handle complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
