Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Management Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and managing customer issues across social media platforms, addressing potential escalations proactively.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to develop strategies to improve overall customer sentiment.

  • Monitor and manage customer issues across social media platforms
  • Track customer sentiment and develop strategies to improve overall perception
  • Maintain ownership of customer issues from initial contact to final resolution
  • Create and manage dashboards to track key metrics (response time, resolution rate, sentiment improvement)

Role Responsibilities

The Social Media Management Lead will lead and manage a team of associates handling customer concerns with personalized, empathetic communication.
