The Senior Biostatistician is a pivotal figure in the advanced-clinical team, responsible for spearheading and implementing statistical strategies to support clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee biostatistical efforts for assigned studies and projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet rigorous scientific standards.
  • Contribute to study design discussions, including protocol development, endpoint definition, and sample size estimation.
  • Develop and review Statistical Analysis Plans (SAPs), encompassing mock tables, figures, and listings.
  • Collaborate with programming and CRO partners to oversee statistical analyses per SAP.
Essential Qualifications
  • Master's degree or PhD in Biostatistics, Statistics, or related quantitative field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in clinical trial biostatistics for MS-level candidates; Minimum 6 years for PhD-level candidates.
  • Proficiency in statistical programming in SAS, with knowledge of R and other programming languages preferred.
  • Thorough understanding of statistical methodologies and clinical trial designs, including CDISC standards (e.g., SDTM, ADaM).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to explain complex statistical concepts to non-statisticians.
