Quality Assurance Manager Role

This role is responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of products throughout the development lifecycle.

About the Position

The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee the development and implementation of validation strategies and processes that meet regulatory standards and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define validation requirements and priorities.
  • Establish validation plans, protocols, and procedures in compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, ISO).
  • Oversee the execution of validation activities, including IQ/OQ/PQ, software validation, and process validation.
  • Review and approve test scripts based on objective evidence and ensure test adherence is followed as per testing standards.
  • Perform risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies to address potential product risks related to validation.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance validation processes, streamline workflows, and increase efficiency.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors as needed for validation testing services.
  • Ensure end-to-end documentation and traceability of validation activities.
Qualifications and Skills
  • 6-12 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory standards and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in project management and risk assessment.
