Job Title: Oracle OSM Consulting Expert

Role Overview:

This is a high-profile opportunity to work on multiple Oracle Communications OSS Stack products, enabling you to design, implement, and support OSS solutions for complex projects in the telecommunications domain.

We seek a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Oracle OSM, preferably in the telecommunications sector. This role requires exceptional technical expertise and a proven track record of delivering OSS solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement Oracle Communications OSS solutions including OSM, RODOD, RSDOD, and NRM.
  • Translate high-level design (HLD) requirements into detailed technical solutions.
  • Prepare technical design documents such as HLDs, LLDs, and other project-specific documentation.
  • Perform code build and deployment for development and testing environments.
  • Handle installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of OSM and related components.
  • Support solution integration, testing, and optimization activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end OSS implementations.
  • Work independently or as part of a team to ensure project deliverables are met on time.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • At least 3 years of experience with Oracle OSM (version 7.3.x and above), preferably in the telecommunications domain.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics, or Telecommunications.
  • Strong understanding of OSS domain concepts and communications industry workflows.
  • Proficiency with Java, XML, XQuery, WebServices, WebLogic, and RDBMS technologies.
  • Solid knowledge of UNIX/Linux environments and scripting.
  • Hands-on experience with OSM installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Awareness of TMF/eTOM, SID Data Model, and Oracle RODOD/RSDOD solutions.
  • Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in collaborative environments.
