Job Title: Senior Manager Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in industrial relations & labor law, income tax law, GST law, financial data analysis, and accounting.

  1. Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control functions.
  2. Evaluate and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  3. Coordinate payroll processing, employee taxation, EPF, ESIC, and gratuity.
  4. Lead financial data analysis and risk assessment initiatives.
  5. Oversee audit processes, tax filings, and regulatory compliance.
  6. Develop MIS reports and financial dashboards.
  7. Mentor and lead a team of finance professionals.
Key Qualifications:
  • CA/CMA/MBA (Finance)/M.Com/B.com or equivalent graduate degree.
  • Expertise in taxation, industrial laws, SAP/Tally, and financial analysis.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving skills, and strategic thinking.
