Executive Search Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Search Consultant to join our team at Shhyfft Consulting Group.
About the RoleThis is a senior-level position that offers significant opportunity to drive impact and growth by identifying and recruiting top talent for executive-level positions for our clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving search strategy and execution for executive-level roles, conducting extensive market research, competitive intelligence, and talent mapping to find and engage top talent across various sectors.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting research to map markets and generate candidate names and profiles
- Creating robust search strategies to attract the best and brightest leaders for our clients
- Engaging and building relationships with executive-level stakeholders
- Building out talent networks in certain functions/industries and tapping industry sources to develop an initial pool of candidates
- Participating in client update meetings on active searches and preparing reports
- Providing strategic guidance and advice in a true partnership with clients
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Curiosity and a strong desire to learn
- Articulate communication skills to convey complex arguments and engage with senior-level executives
- Assured and self-confident demeanor to think on their feet
- Entrepreneurial spirit to keep up with the fast-paced recruiting culture
- Qualitative research skills to synthesize data from multiple sources and quickly learn new spaces
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- A Master's degree
- At least 6+ years of experience in executive search, preferably in a client-facing role
- Experience dealing with senior stakeholders

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a combination of fixed compensation, revenue sharing, and equity over time. The estimated salary for this role is approximately $120,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
