We are a fast-growing technology company seeking an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Strategist to join our marketing team.

Job Description

The estimated annual salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 depending on location and experience.

As a Senior Digital Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing paid search campaigns, driving web traffic, and enhancing online presence through effective digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Google Ads Campaign Management: Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Remarketing) to drive measurable results for clients or company campaigns.
  • PPC Marketing & Budgeting: Develop and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns with a focus on cost efficiency. Ensure campaigns remain within budget and perform optimally for ROI.
  • Keyword Planning & Optimization: Conduct keyword research to identify high-performing keywords, implement keyword optimization strategies, and manage keyword bidding for maximum ad visibility and performance.
  • Campaign Creation & Optimization: Design, implement, and continuously optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, focusing on performance and conversion goals.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROI, etc.), prepare regular performance reports, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • SEO Collaboration: Collaborate with the SEO team to align paid search strategies with organic search efforts, ensuring an integrated digital marketing approach.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on Google Ads, PPC, and campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of PPC advertising principles, keyword research, bidding strategies, and optimization techniques.
  • Experience managing and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads platforms.
  • Excellent knowledge of keyword optimization and Google Ads Keyword Planner.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, etc.) and the ability to analyze and report on performance.
  • Ability to manage budgets effectively across campaigns, ensuring optimal spend and results.
  • Ability to adapt to and implement changes in Google Ads policies and industry trends.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and ability to collaborate with SEO teams to ensure aligned strategies.
  • Knowledge of google tag manager
  • Experience with A/B testing, ad copywriting, and optimizing landing pages for conversion.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and other marketing analytics tools.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
