Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of designers to deliver high-quality designs for branding, infographics, web, and print materials.
  • Develop and implement digital advertising strategies, including creating visually appealing and effective ad creatives for Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
  • Optimize design processes and workflows to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and technical teams, to deliver cohesive and high-quality designs.
  • Promote experimentation and innovation in design methodologies and tools.
  • Develop and maintain style guides for brand consistency and oversee design projects across various mediums.
  • Review and ensure high-quality output from the design team.
Technical Expertise
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma.
  • Knowledge of 3D design tools (Blender, Dimension, CGI) and experience in motion graphics and video production is an added advantage.
  • Expertise in digital advertising and creating effective ad creatives for platforms like Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong understanding of design systems and their management across digital platforms.
  • Led internal team skill-building initiatives and workshops.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in the creative field, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in leading teams, including mentoring fresh graduates.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design (or equivalent experience).
  • Expertise in project management tools like Notion or JIRA for tracking progress and team collaboration.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate design visions and work with cross-functional teams.
