As a Visual Design Director, you will lead end-to-end design projects, including branding, infographics, web, and print materials. You will also mentor junior designers and oversee quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead & Mentor: Develop and maintain style guides for brand consistency. Oversee design projects across branding, infographics, web, print, and marketing materials.
  • Digital Advertising & Paid Ads: Design visually appealing and effective ad creatives for various digital platforms including Google, Meta, and .
  • Process Optimization: Implement methodologies like DesignOps to improve workflow efficiency.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to deliver cohesive, high-quality designs.
  • Innovation: Promote experimentation, integrating new tools and design methodologies into the workflow.
  • Quality Control: Review and ensure high-quality output from the design team.

Technical Expertise:

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma.
  • Knowledge of 3D design tools (Blender, Dimension, CGI), along with experience in motion graphics and video production, is an added advantage.
  • Expertise in digital advertising, with a strong track record of creating effective ad creatives for platforms such as Google, Meta, and .
  • Strong understanding of design systems and their management across digital platforms.
  • Led internal team skill-building initiatives and workshops.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in the creative field, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in leading teams, including mentoring fresh graduates.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design (or equivalent experience).
  • Expertise in project management tools like Notion or JIRA for tracking progress and team collaboration.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate design visions and work with cross-functional teams.
