We are seeking a skilled professional to plan, execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will focus on measurable outcomes like reducing lead costs, increasing ROI and refining strategies based on performance data.

This role involves identifying key campaign metrics, reporting outcomes and providing decision-makers with insights into the impact of online advertising through data-driven content and targeted plans. The successful candidate will plan and execute digital acquisition campaigns across various platforms including SEM, social media, display advertising, affiliate marketing and programmatic ads and websites.

The candidate will be responsible for managing campaign budgets to meet KPIs while maintaining optimal Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC). They will also coordinate with multiple vendors and third-party trackers to achieve acquisition goals.

Key responsibilities include measuring, reporting and analyzing the performance of digital marketing campaigns against goals like ROI and KPIs. The candidate will identify key trends and insights to optimize ad spend and campaign performance.

They will utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints. The candidate will monitor campaigns for fraud, implementing measures to minimize fraud.

They will plan and run A/B tests to improve campaign and creative performance. Suggesting and exploring new digital channels that could effectively increase user acquisition is also a key responsibility.

Qualifications and Skills:

- A strong quantitative background

- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with proven success in managing in-house performance marketing at technology companies

- Proficiency in using digital advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads and Google Ads

- Experience with Ad Networks for acquisition campaigns

- Experience with platform integration for tracking and campaign setup

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data
