Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Contact Center Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing complex cloud-based contact center solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Analyze business requirements and design robust cloud-based architectures that support scalable, resilient, and high-performing contact center solutions.
    • Lead or participate in the installation, configuration, and deployment of cloud contact center components, including voice portals, call servers, gateways, media servers, and supporting applications.
    • Integrate cloud contact center solutions with third-party applications, such as CRM systems, workforce management, IVR, call recording, analytics, and other enterprise solutions.
    • Develop, update, and troubleshoot cloud VXML applications and scripts to support dynamic routing, self-service, and intelligent call distribution.
    • Provide tier-3 support for complex issues, investigate root causes, and resolve incidents involving cloud contact center solutions.
    • Monitor system health, performance metrics, and call flows, proactively identifying bottlenecks, capacity issues, and opportunities for optimization.
    • Plan, test, and execute upgrades, patches, and migrations for cloud contact center platforms, ensuring compliance with security, regulatory, and organizational standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Must have cloud contact center certification.
  • Collaboration skills are essential, working effectively in cross-functional teams, valuing input, and fostering an inclusive culture.
